Questions about Audit Score
Is the audit score generated by AI?
No. The score comes from a fixed rubric of 30 rules, so the same data always gives the same score. Spark AI is optional: you can ask it to explain findings or plan fixes.
Does the audit change anything in my Klaviyo account?
No. The audit only reads data. Nothing is edited, paused or sent.
What does “unverifiable” mean?
Some checks need data Klaviyo’s API doesn’t expose, or permissions your connection doesn’t have. Instead of guessing, Spark marks those checks unverifiable and shows your coverage. Below 60% coverage the score is labelled directional.
